Associate Manager Civil & Finishes - Projects & Engineering
Engineering degree in Civil Discipline from a reputed institute. Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Project Management 5 + total years of experience; working in Project Development/ Site activities of medium to large Infra projects. Experience in BoQ/ Specifications preparation, Cost estimation, Construction management, Site Supervision, QA/QC of various types of infra projects.

Manage and assist Site Manager in all tasks pertaining to project implementation including BoQ preparation, Cost estimation, Specifications preparation, Technical documents, Assessment/ evaluation and comparison of engineering/ technical aspects, site coordination, interface with external / internal stakeholder etc.
8. Assist the Site Manager in all the associated tasks involved in the projects such as Billing, Payment certification, Quantity take-off, Compliances, Contract management, variations, claims etc

6. Keep a track on use of consumables by the appointed agency and ensure there is no wastage or pilferage
7. Coordinate for VVIP / CIP movement and ensure seamless operations at VIP car park area
8. Attend to passenger queries, feedback, complaints and provide resolution ensuring passenger satisfactions
9. Coordinate with Horticulture and P&E team to ensure upkeep of landscaping area and regular maintenance of the same.

Crew Commander/Watch Tower Commander (LH Grade)
Graduation or equivalent. Basic Firefighting Training and Medical First Aid. Fire Officer/ Junior Fire Officer training. Lead Fire Fighter Officer (LI Grade)
10+2 with Basic Training in Airport Rescue and Firefighting, and be fluent in English as the lecturers, operational commands and communication through VHF R/T and TMRS are given in English.
