Associate Manager Civil & Finishes - Projects & Engineering

Engineering degree in Civil Discipline from a reputed institute. <br><br>Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Project Management <br><br>5 + total years of experience; working in Project Development/ Site activities of medium to large Infra projects.<br><br> Experience in BoQ/ Specifications preparation, Cost estimation, Construction management, Site Supervision, QA/QC of various types of infra projects.

- Support the Project manager in the exercise to carry out Feasibility studies (where applicable) and project conceptualization in line with the overall Strategic objective of the organization.
- Projects can include building new small-medium scale infra facilities at the Airport and/or carrying out improvement/ modifications any of the existing facilities of the Airport include. PTB, Airside, Landside facilities.
- Support in the implementation of Civil and Finishes activities to be carried out for all such projects including from concept to commissioning
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in Design development and Construction management of the project with requisite interface with all the stakeholders and concerned agencies (external and internal).
- Oversee and manage the constriction supervision / development of the Projects, particularly w.r.t civil and finishes aspects to ensure timely delivery of the projects.
- Support in the QA/QC aspects of the projects
- Manage and assist Site Manager in all tasks pertaining to project implementation including BoQ preparation, Cost estimation, Specifications preparation, Technical documents, Assessment/ evaluation and comparison of engineering/ technical aspects, site coordination, interface with external / internal stakeholder etc.
- Assist the Site Manager in all the associated tasks involved in the projects such as Billing, Payment certification, Quantity take-off, Compliances, Contract management, variations, claims etc
